A little about me.

I’ve done it all. Consulting, HR, operations, finance, L&D, DEI, and one time I smuggled a goat into a hotel convention centre.

Years of freelancing, two startups, and dozens of client companies later, I decided to focus on what I’m best at - talking to CEOs. I have a knack for understanding people and an uncompromising core value of integrity. I’m impatient - I want results now, just like you do - and I believe we can get there fast when we face reality together. No sugar coating here - I’ll tell you what everyone else is afraid to.
